Casa Care was set up by a Scotsman, an Irishman and an Englishman. Gordon, Liam and Danny. The concept of setting up a property company in Spain was developed while all three were working on the Zambian Copperbelt.

Gordon blazed the trail to Spain in 1981 and Casa Care came to life in 1982. Danny followed in 1986 and Liam in 1991.

The property market in Spain in the early ninties was in turmoil, mainly as a result of recession in Britain. Properties were in negative equity and large numbers reverting to the banks.

Casa Care, then a small property management company, embarked on a programme to assist property owners retain their properties by generating income through rentals and other means.
The programme worked and the name Casa Care gained prominence especially with the purchase of its Sales Office in Calahonda.

The name Casa Care has become syonamous with property between Marbella and Fuengirola and is also one of the longest established companies in the area.

In 2003, coinciding with Gordons retirement Liam and Danny decided to restructure the company and formed two separate limited companies both retaining the name Casa Care.

The two new companies are now Casa Care Real Estate sl and Casa Care Management sl.

The two companies continue to operate very closely and are continuously aiming for improved standards of services.
